CHRISTINE M. FAHEY
PRESIDENT

In her role as President of LTI, Christine Fahey brings an artistic eye to the business of construction and fabrication.  As an interior designer with outstanding organizational and management skills, her aesthetics and financial savvy bring a well-rounded perspective to projects, clients and colleagues.

Experienced in project management and space planning for retail, residential and commercial projects, Christine joined LTI in 2002. Previously, she held the position of Senior Interior Designer at Mancini Duffy, with a focus on space planning and design for the financial services, legal and tech sectors; at Freyer Collaborative Architects, resort planning and design; and earlier, as a store planner for the Kinny Shoe Corporation, she oversaw three national divisions.

A master multi-tasker, this mother of two earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC and pursued graduate studies in Environmental Design at the State University of San Diego, San Diego, CA.

MICHAEL G. FAHEY
VICE PRESIDENT

Since 1997, Michael Fahey has overseen operations for LTI.  An award-winning architect with a passion for building, Michael’s holistic approach to the construction process consistently delivers optimal results.

Michael has over 35 years of experience in the architecture/design field with a strong background in commercial, residential, healthcare, retail and autonomous building systems.  This has given him a practical understanding of scalability, from an aesthetic and financial perspective, which has helped earn LTI its outstanding reputation.

Michael earned his B. Arch. from Pratt Institute, his M. Arch. from the University of Houston, and is a graduate of the International Space University in Kitakyushu, Japan. His projects have been published in Architecture Record and Interior Design, his aerospace work has been published is several trade journals, installed in the "Foundations for the Future" collection at the Houston Museum of Natural Science and has led to his numerous engagements in the US, the former USSR and Japan.
