Dylan Lemay, the largest ice cream focused digital creator in the world, with millions of followers across all social media platforms, turned to LTI for full construction services on his flagship ice cream parlor in NoHo. Located in one of Manhattan’s hippest areas at the landmark Bayard–Condict Building on 65 Bleecker Street, CATCH’N is the first-of-its-kind interactive ice cream store focused on an immersive customer experience.

The shop’s playful and welcoming interior showcases custom millwork, a cool, crisp and bright color scheme with a peek-through grid at the back of the shop for ice cream lovers to catch a glimpse of production. LTI completed this 2000 square foot interior renovation in just six weeks, so Lemay could get a jump start on his signature tagline, “Living the dream, scoopin’ the cream” in record time.
