Modern, clean lines and meticulous detail were the order of the day for this interior renovation in Manhattan’s design-forward Flatiron District. The loft’s owner, an art dealer and his family, selected LTI to build out this 2000 square foot space. This included a top-of-the-line HVAC system with humidity control, full lighting control system and interior partitions with added support to accommodate their significant rotating art collection.
