LTI transformed this 3000 square foot warehouse into a cozy Tribeca loft. Worn ceiling rafters, exposed structural beams, pipes and brick walls all provide a warm, earthy backdrop for an eclectic interior. Up-lighting the brick surfaces created a dramatic effect and cleverly addressed the issue of minimal natural light.
