New Rochelle High School in Westchester, NY was struck by lightning, igniting a blaze that quickly consumed the pinnacle of the building’s south tower. LTI devised a plan to build the turret and spire on the ground and coordinated a lift to hoist the new 27,000-pound roof onto its final location. This unique solution required precise execution.
